About Greenfee.Golf

A service for modern golfers. At Greenfee.Golf we offer an affordable golf membership in a local club of choice for golfers who mainly play on green fee. The service consists of two parts – a golf membership (in a local club of choice) and attractive offers on green fees from golf courses around the world.

 

Pick your membership plan – a golf membership in a golf club of choice complemented with green fee offers from around the world or just one of the two (either a Membership only plan or a Green Offer Only plan). With your selected plan paid for you may now enjoy all the benefits Greenfee.Golf has to offer. Simple as that.

Greenfee.Golf is a completely digital service operated by the privately owned Swedish company Greenfee GC AB. The service is currently available to all golfers seeking a modern golf experience.  

Membership Plans

Greenfee.Golf offers you three different membership options (which we call plans):

Full Member: A golf membership (valid world wide) with green fee offers from around the world. 
Member: A golf membership (in a local golf club of choice)
Player: A membership filled with green fee offers from around the world.

A golf membership valid world wide means a membership without any restrictions when you play as a green fee guest on courses across the globe. As a member in a golf club offered through Greenfee.Golf you will get a valid Golf-ID as well as a valid HCP-certificate and membership card. Altogether all you need to play on golf courses around the world on green fee.

All membership on Greenfee.Golf run as subscriptions one year (or calendar year) at a time.

For The Member and Full Member Plans calendar year renewal is the standard which means:

The memberships including a valid Golf-ID are always valid for a calendar year at a time (January 1 to December 31). As an example, if you signup in February 2 your membership will be valid from February 2 until December 31. 

Pricing is per calendar year (January 1 – December 31) and renews on December 31 yearly. If you sign up after September 15 you will get the current calendar year within the same price (Example: I sign up to Member on September 15 Year 1. I will have the Member Plan until December 31 Year 2. If I would sign up on September 14 Year 1 I would have the Member Plan until December 31 Year 1 and then renew it for Year 2

If you decide to terminate your membership just send us a mail including Golf-ID to hello@greenfee.golf using the email you signed up with. You may also terminate your membership yourself by logging into Greenfee.Golf.

All our golf memberships (the ones where Golf-ID is stated in the membership plan description to be included) is tied to a golf club which Greenfee.Golf has a partnership with. This means that you as a member in Greenfee.Golf also will be a member in a local golf club of choice (at no extra cost).

Payments & Billing

We support payment with card from several global card brands like Amex, Discover & Diners, Visa and Mastercard to local networks like Cartes Bancaires in France. If you for some reason require an alternative method of payment contact us at hello@greenfee.golf and we will make sure to help you out.

Memberships renew yearly (and some at the end of each calendar year) and payments will be deducted according to current terms for the membership plan you are on.

If we are unable to withdraw the full membership fee from your account we will contact you directly over email and ask you to add another card or edit the details of the existing one.

You will pay for your membership upon registration using a credit/debit card of choice. Your membership will automatically renew according to our terms on a yearly (or calendar yearly) basis.

Your membership renew at the end of each calendar year automatically and the membership fee will then be deducted from your card (the one you registered upon signing up the Greenfee.Golf). If you (for some reason) paid using an alternative payment method you will receive an email with further instructions a few months prior to your membership expiring.

Golf ID & HCP-certificate

A Golf ID is unique to you and proves for course operators world wide that you are a member in a golf club, have a valid HCP and thus are eligible to play for green fee (provided HCP requirements are met). 

A golf membership valid world wide means a membership without any restrictions when you play as a green fee guest on courses across the globe. As a member in Greenfee.Golf you will get a valid Golf-ID,  a HCP-certificate and membership card. Altogether all you need to play on golf courses around the world on green fee.

Once you have been registered as a member you will get two emails. The first one contains your password and the second your Golf-ID. If you for any reason didn’t get one (or both) of these email(s) please contact us at hello@greenfee.golf and we will send the information to you again.

Send us a email to hello@greenfee.golf including your name, birthday date (YYYYMMDD) and and we will come back to you as soon as possible. Please send the email from the email used when signing up to Greenfee.Golf.

Log in to Greenfee.Golf and if you have an active membership (which includes a Golf-ID) your membership is valid for as long as stated on Greenfee.Golf. Memberships purchased via Greenfee.Golf are always active one calendar year at a time. New memberships are normally activated within 24 h.

It’s always good to have the HCP-certificate with you when you want to play golf on green fee on new courses. The certificate shows your current HCP and includes information about your membership. 

We can help you with that. Just send us an e-mail at hello@greenfee.golf and include your Golf-ID and current HCP. Please make sure to send the email from the same email address as you used when signing up to Greenfee.Golf.

If you have played handicap-qualifying rounds log in to the local platform referred to by your club of choice for handicap reporting of rounds played. If you need any assistance or help feel free to email us at hello@greenfee.golf and we will guide you right.

My Account at Greenfee.Golf

By logging into Greenfee.Golf you can find all details about your current subscription such as your personal details, payment information and more. If you are on one of our plans which gives you the right to access green fee offers from around the world you will also find these by logging onto Greenfee.Golf.

You may request a new password by clicking the Reset Password link in the login section.

Your username is the email address used upon signing up for Greenfee.Golf. If you are having trouble logging in email us at hello@greenfee.golf and we will help you the best we can.
